For the data of each agency’s clients (buyers, tenants, owners, guests), the agency is the controller and we act as processor.

Sign-up: name, email, phone, optional tax ID and agency details.
Usage: access logs, device, IP address and security events.
Payment: handled by the payment gateway; we only keep the last card digits and the transaction status.
03Purposes
Providing the service, billing, support, security and legal compliance.
With your consent, sending product news and measuring usage of this website.
04Sharing
Only with vendors required to run the service (hosting, email, payments), under contract and with equivalent safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
05Retention
We keep data while the account is active and for the period required by law afterwards. Financial records follow tax retention periods.
06Security
Per-agency data isolation, encryption in transit, strong password hashing, two-step verification and audit logs.
07Your rights
You can request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time.
Clients of an agency should contact that agency directly; we help the agency handle the request.
