These terms govern the use of the Axivor Imóveis platform by real estate agencies, agents and their teams. By creating an account you agree to them.
01The service
Axivor Imóveis provides, by subscription, a website with a visual builder, CRM, rental management, vacation stays, finance and client portals, available in the browser and as apps.
Available features depend on your plan and may evolve over time.
02Account and access
You are responsible for your team credentials, the permissions you grant and keeping your account details accurate.
We recommend enabling two-step verification for every user with access to finance.
03Free trial, plans and payment
The free trial does not require a card. When it ends, the account is paused until you choose a plan.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Plan changes apply from the next cycle, prorated where applicable.
We do not charge any commission on deals closed by your agency.
04Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
After cancellation, data remains available for export for 30 days and is then deleted or anonymized.
05Your data and content
Listings, photos, texts, contacts and financial entries belong to the agency. We process this data on your behalf and under your instructions.
You confirm you have the right to publish the content you upload and to process your clients’ personal data.
06Custom domain
Every account gets a free subdomain. Using your own domain depends on your plan and on correct DNS setup by the domain holder.
We issue and renew the SSL certificate automatically while the domain points to the platform.
07Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for misleading listings, spam, illegal content or attempts to access other agencies’ data.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
08Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and run daily backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except where the law provides otherwise.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will email you about material changes at least 30 days in advance.
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country.
